Analytics for agencies
Free web analytics for agencies with many client websites
Totallytics is free web analytics for agencies: 50 client sites in one account, email reports to 25 recipients per site, no cookies, no credit card. One workspace overview across all sites, a shareable dashboard per site and daily, weekly or monthly reports.
All clients in one workspace
One account holds up to 50 websites. The workspace overview adds every verified site up: visitors, pageviews, online now and active sites, with cross-site tables for top pages, sources, countries, custom events and goals. The chart draws one line per site; with more than 6 sites the top 5 keep their own line and the rest are summed as Other. Any date range up to 400 days works, compared with the same span before it.
Each site keeps its own dashboard with breakdowns by page, referrer, country, device, browser, operating system, UTM and event, up to 20 goals and funnels, a live feed and, if you connect it, Google Search Console data and AI crawler stats from Cloudflare.
Reporting to clients
Public dashboard per site. Flip a site to public and share its link. Visitors to the link see the overview, breakdowns and retention cohorts, and nothing else: goals, Search Console, API reports, crawler stats and settings stay private. Anyone with the link can open it, so keep it off for clients who want their numbers private.
Email reports. Each site can email up to 25 recipients a daily, weekly or monthly report at an hour you pick in the recipient's own time zone. Sections cover the overview, top pages, referrers, countries, events, an alerts section that flags unusual days once 14 days of history exist, and API stats. Set workspace defaults once and every new site inherits them, or give a site its own list. Recipients get a one-click unsubscribe link in every mail.
Agency pages first. Mark pages like /thank-you as goals and build 2 to 6 step funnels per client; both are computed from the data already collected, so a goal added today covers last month too. Funnels show median and p90 time to convert and break down by referrer, entry page, country, device and UTM.
What agencies will miss
- No white label: dashboards and emails carry the Totallytics name.
- No client logins or team roles: one Google account owns the workspace. Clients get a public dashboard link or email reports instead.
- No PDF or scheduled file exports; the dashboard exports the overview series as CSV, and the stats API returns JSON.
- No Google Analytics import, session replay, heatmaps or revenue tracking.
- 50 websites per account is a hard cap.

Set up a client site
Sign in with Google, add the client's domain and place the tracking script in their HTML:
<script
async
src="https://totallytics.com/latest.js"
data-hostname="client-example.com"
data-verify="YOUR_SITE_VERIFY_TOKEN"
></script>
The first pageview verifies the site. If you cannot edit the client's HTML, verification also works with a DNS TXT record at _totallytics-verify.client-example.com or a file at /.well-known/totallytics-verify.txt. Script, DNS or file: any one of the three is enough.
FAQ
Can my clients log in to see their stats?
No. There are no client accounts or roles. Share the site's public dashboard link, or add the client as an email report recipient so they get a daily, weekly or monthly summary.
Can I put my agency's branding on reports?
No. Dashboards and emails are Totallytics-branded, and emails come from reports@totallytics.com.
How many sites can one account manage?
- Each one is verified separately and counted toward the cap whether it is a website or an API.
Does Totallytics set cookies on my clients' sites?
No. The 4 KB script sets no cookies and uses no local storage, and IP addresses are never stored. Data lives in Frankfurt, Germany, collected on Cloudflare's network.
