Cloudflare Web Analytics is fine for rough counts on a site that's already on Cloudflare. GA4 makes sense when you run Google Ads. For campaigns, events and funnels without cookies, Totallytics covers more for free.

FAQ
Do I need a credit card?
No. Totallytics is free during beta, and you sign in with a Google account.
How are visits counted without cookies?
A visit counts when someone enters your site from another site or directly. Clicks between your own pages don't add visits, and nothing is stored in the browser.
Where is my data stored?
In Frankfurt, Germany, collected on Cloudflare's network. IP addresses are never stored.
Can I track my backend API too?
Yes. One middleware reports requests, status codes, latency and errors per route. See API analytics.
